Once you've place your order, always remember that we have a 3-5 working days.
Also, once we started working on your orders you cannot cancel it or have a refund for it. Remember, our products if all hand made and it takes so much effort to finish just one product. Please consider the effort and time we're spending just to provide you the best and quality service.
We're going to discuss every details and policy through the contact details that you will provide. Also, we're giving an update from time to time about your orders. So don't you worry about that.

Hi dear customer, we just want to clarify that once you've place your order and we started working on it, again, you cannot cancel or ask for a refund. Please consider our time and effort for giving you the best service we can.
As per shipping, we highly recommend for you to pick up your orders here at our location. These products need to be in a cool place, so we suggest that you pick them here. We can also do meet-ups but let's be just professional about this one.
Time of meet up : We will be 5-10 minutes earlier than the exact time.
Location : Around Bacoor, Molino or Las piñas area ONLY!
